We are situated on the elevated section of "The Terrace" 200metres from the main shops & town.
Access to our front door is via 2 steps from the pavement.
From town there are 12 steps onto our pavement.
From the road 10 steps, and from the Porthminster direction no steps.
Rooms are situated on 3 floors via a central staircase:
1 double room on the ground floor.
3 double rooms on the 1st floor
1 twin/double plus 2 doubles and the Rookery Suite on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast is served on the 1st floor 8.30- 9.00am.
Reserved parking is in 2 locations.
Station car park is 500 metres from front entrance via Station road (incline) to level area with 3 reserved allocated spaces.
2nd location parking is in Bishop's Road, 500 metres up hill from front door with 5 reserved allocated spaces.
Due to the high rental cost of our reserved parking there is a mandatory parking charge of £6 per day.
